On March 17, 2011, the WDNR issued a construction/stormwater permit for Richfield Dairy.
On April 21, 2011, the Richfield Town Board, by unanimous vote, approved the Conditional Use Permit for Richfield Dairy.
On May 4, 2011, the Adams County Planning Commission, by unanimous vote, approved the Conditional Use Permit for Richfield Dairy.
On July 18, 2011, the WDNR held a WPDES hearing for Richfield Dairy.
On Nov. 3, 2011, the WDNR granted a WPDES permit and a high-capacity well permit for Richfield Dairy. |
