Milk Source is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This vital role is full time and works 100% in the Milk Source Office in Kaukauna, WI. They will work collaboratively within the Human Resources team as well as with managers, employees, and other departments to provide support in multiple functional areas of Human Resources.

Overall Responsibilities & Skills include:

· Manage life-cycle recruitment process as well as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions processes.

· Benefits Administration including the management of our open enrollment processes.

· Workers Compensation case management, monthly safety analysis and reporting, and OSHA Compliance and reporting.

· Assist with Payroll Administration of 600+ employees.

· Preparing a variety of detailed reports and analysis to support our management team.

· Assist with development and implementation of employee appreciation events and initiatives across the company.

· Other duties as assigned.
