Milk Source is seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Milk Hauler to join our hauling team. This position is direct-ship from one farm to one intake and offers dedicated bay operations, ensuring a predictable schedule, minimum waiting, and steady, year-round work. This role is responsible for safely transporting raw milk from our dairy farms to processing facilities while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and professionalism.

Location: Grand Marsh, WI

Reports To: Fleet Operations Manager

Estimated Pay: $35,100 annually (Piecework rate at $150 per load)

Work Schedule: Work Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule (working every other weekend). Commitment to this specific schedule is required.
